Diem Mi Tran
I’m a RMIT University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Design (Digital Media). I’m a designer passionate about creating thoughtful, community-driven digital experiences. I’m interested in how design shapes the way people discover, connect and interact online.
Background
My interest in design began with graphic design, where I developed a strong foundation in visual communication through a design internship. This experience sparked a deeper curiosity about how people interact with digital products beyond just visuals.
Since then, I’ve expanded into UX/UI design, exploring how research, interaction design and visual systems can work together to create intuitive, meaningful experiences. My projects often focus on community, discovery and emotional engagement in digital platforms.
Things I love
I draw inspiration from the world around me through travel, exploration and encounters with different cultures, which often shape how I think about design and user experience.
I also enjoy reading, doing nail art and getting crafty with my sewing machine (my goal is to make my own wardrobe someday).
